Our products are shipped out of our Customer Service base in Llanelli, South Wales United Kingdom where we wrap them carefully and examine individual product quality. However, due to the handcraft nature of some of our items, there may be certain character flaws and defects.

We aim to make and ship your order within 1-3 working days of payment confirmation.

We use 2 shipping services Royal Mail for smaller items and Hermes for larger bundles. However, should you require a different postal service, please do contact us on hello@babycakesgifts as we may be able to provide shipping to countries outside of the U.K.
